Public or Justice of the Peace.
All qualifications must be translated into English if original documents
are in a non-English speaking language.
Failure to provide such documentation will result in processing
delays and/or application rejection.
Documentation will need to include:
~ Certified copies of IELTS , TOEFL or English language assessments;
~ Certified copies of previous academic results;
~ Any other relevant documents such as letters from schools or employers
~ Certified copies of passport (compulsory).
Step 4 - Accepting your offer
It is a good feeling to receive a Letter of Offer. You feel you have achieved a milestone and the future is looking bright! However, before accepting the offer, please carefully read any conditions and obligations you are required to fulfil prior to commencing studies in Australia. In some cases, a pre-visa assessment by Australian authorities will be required, and specific application or tuition fees may need to be paid to the institution.
In summary:
~ Pay required fees as instructed by the institution
~ Carefully read all terms and conditions associated with your enrolment
~ Make sure any documentation you are required to provide is sent
immediately to the institution as instructed
Step 5 - Confirmation of Enrolment
Usually you will receive electronic notification of your enrolment. This will require you to carefully read and adhere to any requirements associated with overseas student health cover. You will also receive any receipts associated with payment of fees.
Step 6 - Apply for your Visa
It is essential that you obtain your Visa well in advance of arriving in Australia. Like all travel documentation, there can be last minute problems, so don’t leave visa applications to the last minute. Once you have received your confirmation of enrolment, our accredited Migration Agents can assist you with the required information to obtain your visa. Health Cover must be paid for prior to arriving in Australia.
